We present here some of the "founding" documents of VGrADS, including the original proposal. (Certain private information, such as budget data, has been removed.)
Note: Dan Reed was at the University of Illinois
Urbana-Champaign when the original VGrADS proposal was written, but has
since moved to the University of North Carolina. The activities
described at UIUC will be performed at UNC.
